Welcome to CueFolio. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
CueFolio is a tool that helps parents discover children's activities and classes (art, language, STEM, sports, music, dance, theater, academics, and outdoors) and keep a record of what their child does and enjoys. Activities may be free or paid, and are run by independent third-party providers.
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or guardian of any child you add. You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account.
CueFolio lists activities offered by independent providers. We aren't the provider of those activities, and we don't run, endorse, or guarantee them. Details like schedules, prices, and availability come from the providers and can change — please confirm directly with the provider before enrolling or paying. Any enrollment, payment, or agreement is between you and the provider.
The notes, reflections, and child information you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't enter content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
CueFolio is provided "as is." We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that listings are complete or accurate. We may change or discontinue features over time.
To the extent permitted by law, CueFolio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for issues arising from activities or providers you find through the app. Your decisions about which activities your child attends are your own.
You can stop using CueFolio and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use CueFolio after an update means you accept the revised terms.
